Data deletion
You can delete the data Champi Labs keeps about you and about the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Bilibili accounts you connected. Pick the option below that matches what you want to remove.
1. Disconnect a network (immediate)
- Sign in at app.champilabs.com.
- Open Profile › Social networks.
- Click Disconnect next to the network.
The access tokens and the ID of that account are deleted right away, and nothing else is published to it.
2. Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
- Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › Champi Labs › Remove.
- Instagram: Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites › Champi Labs › Remove.
After that, the access stops working and the next publishing attempt marks the account as disconnected. To also delete what we store, use option 1 or 3.
3. Delete your account and all data
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion from the email address of your account (or include the name of the connected Facebook/Instagram account if you don't have an account with us). Within 30 days we delete the account, projects, generated videos, images and text, uploaded files and social network access, and confirm by email.
We keep only what the law requires, such as access logs for 6 months (Brazil's Internet Civil Framework), deleted at the end of that period.
Other ways
- Deleting a project in the app immediately removes the project, its content and all its files.
- Posts already published stay on the social networks and must be deleted there.
