Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Champi Labs (https://app.champilabs.com), operated by MBX Marketing, CNPJ 49.619.838/0001-57, located at Rua Sucupira - Goiania - Goias - Brazil. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.
1. The service
Champi Labs uses artificial intelligence to generate videos, images, scripts, captions and narration from each project's settings, sends the content for your approval when you choose that option, and publishes it to the social accounts you connect.
2. Account
- Accounts are created by our team. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done in your account.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- create or publish content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, sexual involving minors, or that infringes third-party rights;
- upload logos, images or other material you do not have rights to;
- publish to accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- send spam, manipulate platforms or break the social networks' rules;
- try to access restricted areas, bypass limits or harm the operation of the service.
4. AI-generated content
Content is produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing what will be published. If you choose automatic publishing, you accept that content is published without prior review.
5. Ownership
- The material you upload and the content generated for your projects belong to you, to the extent allowed by law and by the AI providers' terms.
- You authorize us to store, process and publish that content only to provide the service.
- The software, the Champi Labs brand and the rest of the service belong to the operator.
6. Social networks
Publishing depends on each network's API (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Bilibili), which may limit, delay or refuse posts. Champi Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. By connecting a network you also agree to its terms, such as the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect a network at any time under Profile › Social networks.
7. Plans and credits
Usage consumes credits according to your plan and the options chosen in each project. Prices, limits and rules for each plan are shown in the app. Credits spent on content already generated are not refunded, except where the law requires it or the failure was ours.
8. Availability and liability
- We work to keep the service available, but it may have interruptions, maintenance or failures of external providers.
- We are not responsible for decisions made by social networks (post removal, account restrictions) or for reach or sales results.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the event.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask to close your account at any time at [email protected]. Data is handled according to the Privacy policy and the data deletion page.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where the customer is a consumer, the rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code prevail.
